Michele brings over 23 years of pharmaceutical and life science industry experience to QuantumMethod. Over two decades were spent with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) building industry expertise in cross functional areas such as sales, marketing, contract management, internal trade and sales operations. Throughout her career, Michele was recognized as one of GSK’s highest performing Sales Managers and Vice Presidents.
Michele also managed GSK external partnerships, including but not limited to BMS, PDI, Bayer, ID Biomedical, PBM’s and other trade relations partners. During her tenure, she led the development and implementation of a new vaccine direct ordering and distribution system for GSK vaccine products. The second day direct vaccine ordering was in operation, 29M of flu sales were pre-booked and 1M of vaccine products were sold.
Michele later founded Four M Group LLC. In this role, Michele provided alternate selling solutions and brand retention strategies to mid- and large-market pharmaceutical and biotech firms. She has also consulted with entrepreneurs and emerging technology firms to create business models that effectively penetrate the life science industry, generating new business revenue.
Michele holds a BS degree in Nutrition, and a certificate in Management, both from Rutgers University in NJ. She currently supports the NJ community through fundraising for the Hunterdon Art Museum, the Clinton Township Foundation for Educational Excellence. She serves as coach for the Clinton Township School District and through YMCA basketball teams.
